The amount is the same but the supposedly email is different. Mine was from Lomibao, Gloria G [Gloria.Lomibao@sdcounty.ca.gov]. As far as the person to contact, the phone number, the person signing the leter, and the email to send inquiries to, are all the same. He is some of the additional information that I received:

If you notice all these numbers are the same as well. Thank you for having this site and letting me be aware that this is a scam.
How can they have a government email address?
My guess is that they hacked in to Gloria's account, and probably a few more accounts as well. Let us hope that the IT people get wise and make everyone change their passwords.

Yeah I just got the same email. Currently browsing sites to see if I should do anything about this or just delete it and go about my day.
