Under very general direction, you will be responsible for executing procurement activities such as: proposal support and prosecuting cases, supplier identification and solicitation, source selecting, preparation of purchase order awards, and post award administration of low to moderate dollar value transactions for different programs.

The primary responsibility of this position is to administrate customer resources to garanty customer satisfaction from the efforts of service providers:
- Sources and purchases parts, services, and/or supplies necessary for organization
- Confers with suppliers and analyzes suppliers' operations to determine different factors which influence on prices and determines lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedule
- Verifies proposals, negotiates prices and terms, selects or recommends suppliers, analyzes trends, follows up on orders placed, verifies delivery, approves payment, and maintains necessary records
- Approve trade contracts, supply, legal and environmental agreements

Special skills : Strong time management & managarial skills. High level of negotiation skills. Strong facilitation and timing skills. Well-organized, detail-oriented, possess ability to multi-task. Self-motivated, trained, focused, work well under pressure and be able to focus on work.
